Rules: Inspiration from an apartment where we stayed in Budapest:
- We only want what is best for everyone. Please help us keeping everyone happy.
- No smoking is allowed in the building. You need to step out on the street to smoke.
- Walking in the stairs should be quiet. Especially during evenings and nights. SSsshhh…..
- No parties are allowed in the apartment. If you need to dance or sing ask Google where the closest bar, nightclub is…. 🙂
- No speakers outdoors.
- Please be silent after 22:00 in order to consider other residents.
Aircon – as written on the labels on the remote controls, we would really appreciate if you consider the electricity prices and use only when necessary. We prefer not to use them for cooling, so that doors can be open and we can enjoy the open atmosphere.
Dishwasher – there is a manual in the house.
TV – we do not subscribe to TV a TV package but stream using the chromecast connected to the TV instead.
Paint – the previous owners painted on chalk, so the paint started peeling. We have done quite a bit of work in repainting, but it is work in progress, so every now and then peeling occurs on the wall we have not redone yet. This is not because of humidity in the walls, which is not a problem.
Outside access – you probably arrived from Promenade du val de Menton and went up the stairs. You can also leave the apartment by going up the stairs to Montée du Souvenir (remember the key and do close the gate after you). You can then turn left up the road to the famous cemetery and also take a nice walk out Boulevard de Garavan. Or turn right and go down to the church square.
